    Navigate to the job module in your CRM to use the matching feature.

  3. Start Automatic Matching:
    The AI analyzes the criteria of the job offer and compares them with the candidate profiles stored in the CRM.
  4. Review Candidate Profiles:
    Click on a profile to view more details. Also review profiles with lower scores for additional options.
