How to create tickets in CleverConnect

You already have an account, but are not sure how to create tickets correctly? This article will guide you through all the options and their meaning. 

First of all, make sure that you already have an active account on Hubspot. If you are unsure whether you have one or how to create one, click here

In order to create a ticket, please press the button on the top right corner of this page "Raise a ticket". If you have an account and log-in you will be send to this page: 

All fields on this form are mandatory. If you don't feel out any of these, the ticket cannot be created.

As always you would have to write all the usual personal data (Name, First Name, Email & Company Name).

After that please select the correct Issue Type (multiple options can be applied). 

  1. If you have issues with any accesses or log-in's, please select "Login / Access Issues".
  2. If the issue is regarding anything related with payments or the subscription, please select "Billing / Invoicing / Subscription".
  3. If something out of the ordinary occurs and you believe there is a system error, please select "Bug / Unexpected Behaviour".
  4. If you want to give us feedback and/or tell us an addition that one of our softwares would need, feel free to do so by selecting "Feature Request".
  5. If the issue is related to anything that is being send or received through the ATS, please select "Integration Issue (Job Applications)".
  6. If you have questions regarding reports, please select "Reporting / Analytics Problem".
  7. If you are in your onboarding or want to have some minor changes made, like FAQ's, company names, etc., please select "Change / Onboarding Help"
  8. If none of the above categories apply to your needs, please select "General Question / Guidance"

Once you have selected the issue type, please select the concerned product (multiple options can be applied).

If you select "Integration Issue (Job Applications)", two new fields will appear ⚠️

First select the type of integration this issue is concerning (this is also a mandatory field). 

And after that you can also write down the name of the ATS (this is not a mandatory field):

After you are done selecting the concerned product. Please proceed to the next page. 

The last thing left to do is to create a title for your ticket and also to describe the exact issue (you can also add screenshots or videos to the ticket): 

After you are done please press the "submit"-button on the bottom-right corner. 

Please don't forget to add all the necessary E-mails, ID's, etc. to your description ⚠️
