Feature: Knock-Out Question
This article is dedicated to explain what "Knock-Out Questions" are and what their use case is
Knock-out questions are early-stage assessment questions within the talent form, designed to quickly eliminate candidates who don't meet essential qualifications for a job. For example, candidates with a specific degree level, certificates, or based in specific location may be required.
Candidates who fill out such talent form first have to answer qualifying questions. If their answers are accepted they will be able to proceed to the rest of the form. If not, their data will not be saved and they will get a (customisable) message informing them that it did not work out this time.
Before you are getting started with knock-out questions, be sure to fully understand the talent form.
First you need to select a field that has multiple or single choice options. In this example its the educational degree.
Then you can select the disqualifying answers, which ultimately will knock out the talent from the selection process. If the candidate - in this case - only has a Bachelor's degree the rest of the form will not be shown to him.
Instead of a continuation of the form and automated rejection mail will be send to the talent. This mail can be adjusted to your needs.
The talents data will be deleted. If you wish to keep the talent's data (e.g. for other positions or for the future) do not use this feature ⚠️
