Campaign Creation - Advanced Options
When you are creating a campaign on Visiotalent, it is important to know that at the end of the campaign creation page you can find the 'Advanced Options'.
Among the advanced options you will find 2 main options:
- The request for documents
- The choice of a profile
The document request
With this option we can ask candidates to enter documents at the end of the video interview. By default, 3 types of documents can be requested from the predefined list:
However, should you require a document other than those listed, simply type in the desired document type in the text bar and click Enter, this way the required document will be displayed in blue in the text bar and candidates will see the name of that document to be inserted at the end of their video recording:
Choosing a profile
Also in the Advanced Options, you can choose a profile from which to send invitations to candidates.
Simply click on "No Profile Selected" to see the list of profiles or the profile created for your company.
What is a profile and what is it for?
If one or more recruiters do not want their personal data (first name, last name) to be visible to candidates (in the invitation e-mail or in the video interview itself), they can request the creation of a generic profile from which to send invitations, which they can call, for example, 'Talent Acquisition Team'.
