Our tips for your recording

For recording from your computer, check that :

• You have a webcam and microphone. You will have the opportunity to test your equipment before recording.
• You are using the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
• Your Internet connection is sufficient to transmit your video afterwards.

For recording from your smartphone, check that :

• Your network is stable. If not, change your network from 4G/5G to wifi, or vice versa if you're already on wifi.
• You have sufficient storage space on your smartphone or tablet. This will enable temporary storage of the video before sending.
• Camera and microphone permissions are accepted in the "Settings" area of your device.
• Your browser is up to date
