I want to receive/delete my video

Please note that under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to receive a request for data deletion or video recovery from the account holder, i.e. the candidate. However, the candidate can make his wish known to the recruiters, who can then contact us to carry out this action and the candidate will be informed afterwards.

The request can be sent by the following 3 options:
- by email, to the address contact@visiotalent.com
- by internal form, via this link https://help.visiotalent.com/hc/fr/requests/new
- by Chatbot, on the VT Help Center: https://help.visiotalent.com/

Please remember that your ID must be attached to your request, so that we can confirm your identity and proceed with the deletion of data.

According to the same regulation, you are required to specify the data you wish to receive/delete.

Once the process is completed you will receive a confirmation email according to your request and your ID will be deleted.
