I want to receive/delete my video

Please note that under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to receive a request for data deletion or video recovery from the account holder, i.e. the candidate / you.

However, you can make his wish known directly to the recruiters, who can then contact us to carry out this action and you will be informed afterwards.

If you wish to contact us directly, the request can be sent to dpo@cleverconnect.com with the email address that was used for the video interview. The request should contain the name of the recruiter and specify the data you wish to receive/delete.

You may exercise any of your GDPR rights with this process.

Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email according to your request.
