Everything at a glance: funnel view of a Pool
Within a talent pool, it is possible to switch the overview of your talent leads between two views: the talent list and the funnel view.
In the funnel view, each column corresponds to a status within your recruiting funnel. If each pool in your talent-pool structure represents, for example, a vacancy or profile to fill, this will help you to get a quick idea of how you and your team are progressing with regard to this vacancy.
The funnel view not only provides a quick overview. To update the status of a talent lead, it is also possible to drag-and-drop talent profiles between the columns. By doing so, the talent status will change accordingly.
