All of the actions that might interest recruiters were usually only sent by e-mail, but since many recruiters use multiple tools they might overlook a few e-mails that might be important to them.
Therefore, we have create a notification feature for recruiters, where all tracked activity that usually would only be sent to e-mail, will also appear on the dashboard.
When you open your dashboard you will see a small bell next to your profile icon. Here you can see the amount of notifications that you have missed since the last time.
After opening your notifications, you will have a small dot, next to the message if you have not seen it yet.
The notifications that have already been viewed, will not have a dot attached to them.
You will receive a notification whenever one of these actions occurs:
- A pool is being shared with you
- A reminder for requested rewards
- You are being mentioned on a talent note
- An application is being submitted
- An application is being deleted
- An application has been open for a while
- A hired applicant has their entrance date
- A hired applicant has finished their probation period
