Available Standard-Reportings (CRM)

In order to keep an eye on the performance of your CRM, we provide standard reports and dashboards that can be used to embed into the recruiter view of the platform. All standard reports are available in an English version.

✅You are provided with a standard reporting package that is free of charge and can be embedded into the platform by submitting a request to the support team. These standard reports and dashboards provide a basic overview of the platform's performance. 

💰For specific changes to the existing reports/dashboards, or if you need customized reports, a fee of 1200€ per report will be charged for these customizations. In that case, please contact your dedicated Customer Success or Account Manager (or our support team) to make the request. Changes and adjustments can include the addition of further columns, a completely individualized report, and adaptation to other languages.

ℹ️ To access the reports/dashboards, you will need a unique access code. 

Your unique access code should be available in your Onboarding Space or can be provided by your Customer Success and/or Account Manager, or reach out to our support team.
