Feature: Recommend Someone

How It Works:

 

 

Step 1: Start the Recommendation Process

Employees can choose between two options:

  • Refer for a Specific Job: Select a particular open position.

  • Make a General Referral: Submit a recommendation without linking it to a specific vacancy.

 

 

 

Step 2: Select the Relevant Job

When opting for a specific job, employees can browse or search for open positions and select the one they want to refer someone for.

 

 

 

Step 3: Enter Candidate Details

The employee fills in key details about the recommended person, including:

  • First & last name

  • Confirmation of consent to share personal data

 

 

Step 4: Add Additional Information

For a more detailed recommendation, employees can:

  • Provide a LinkedIn or Xing profile link

  • Write a personal note explaining why the candidate is a great fit

 

 

Step 5: Submit the Referral

Once all details are entered, the referral is submitted with a simple click. The HR team can then efficiently evaluate the referred candidate using the provided information.
