Feature: My jobs

This article is dedicated to explain the "my jobs"-feature

If multiple recruiters work on the same system but want to divide the work, this feature will improve coordination and work-efficiency. 

When you create a job manually you can add a "recruiter" to the job. This recruiter will become the owner of said job offer.

After the job is created you will be able to view who owns the job, simply by looking at the recruiter column. 

If there is no picture, you can hover over the recruiter column and a name will be displayed.

To filter out all the jobs that belong to you, you can simply press on the "My jobs"-button at the top row. Thereafter, all jobs that are owned by you will be displayed. 

The recruiter information is also on display, when viewing the job. If you have questions regarding a certain job, you will find the responsible colleague on the job ad's page and the overview.

This feature also works if you are exporting Job ad's through an ATS. However, you need to contact our team so we can adjust the integration accordingly.
