Meteojob improvements

1.Export the list of jobs offers

❓What's new?

A new button is now available to export data. You can now export all informations about your jobs and know what we parsed (localization, function) and the number of applications.

❓How is it adding value?

You can now see what HRMatch parsed in the offer easily and make some analysis on the positions and applications.

❓Where can I find this feature?

Over the search bar into the "my job openings" section on the HRMatch Recruiter plateform.

❓How it works?

Click on the "export" button to enjoy !

2. Integration between Meteojob and Visiotalent 

❓What's new?

You can now invite automatically all candidates who apply to a specific offer and watch all Visiotalent interviews directly on Meteojob. The offer title is now used on Visiotalent invitation email.

❓How is it adding value?

Your candidates will have a better experience, you have now more options with two ways to use the integration (manual or automatic invitations).

❓Where can I find this feature?

Automatic invitation: at the bottom of the "offer presentation" page

Watch video: a button is now available near the name of the candidate.

❓How it works?

Select your Visiotalent campaign and then save it. The candidat will receive an invitation to record him/herself and you will receive it. A button is available near his/her name to discover his/her video.

3.Change CV library email

❓What's new?

Our new email will be clearer than before. You will receive it only if there is a bug during delivery.

❓How is it adding value?

Unnecessary emails will be reduced so you can focus on what is important. 

❓Where can I find this feature?

Impact on your professional mail box.

❓How it works?

If you allow notifications into your meteojob plateform, you will receive email report.

Visiotalent improvements

1.New language for candidate : Hungarian

❓What's new?

You can now select a new experience's language for your candidates.

❓How is it adding value?

You have access to a new market and you are more relevant with your candidates.

❓Where can I find this feature?

In the first page of creation/edition of a campaign.

❓How it works?

In the "Applicant experience language" section, select the Hungarian language.

2.Change mail events

❓What's new?

More informations about candidates' events available (opened date email, move to spam, unsubscription, incorrect email address).

❓How is it adding value?

You have a better tracking as a recruiter. You can now adapt your speech when you communicate with your candidates.

❓Where can I find this feature?

On the candidates page list.

❓How it works?

By clicking on the candidat lines (available only if the candidate has no video recorded).
