What is the difference between User, Recruiter and Admin? (ERP)

If you have multiple companies in your employee referral program, Talentry gives you the ability to assign rights to employees to users, recruiters or admins.

Employee

Employees of the company

As an employee (User) you are the targeted group for using the platform and should share the created content (job advertisements/stories) with your network. In order for an employee to use Talentry, they must first register.

Recruiter

Key-User of the Talentry platformAs a Recruiter you will be able to execute one, several or all of the following tasks for one or more clients/companies, based on the settings:

  • Administration of jobs

  • Administration of applications

  • Management of Stories

  • Administration of employees (incl. invitation and deletion)

  • Gamification management

  • Adaptation of the company profile

  • Administration of employees

  • Retrieval of reports

Talentry allows the assignment of recruiter rights. The administrator can grant recruiter rights to individual users with regard to the classification of recruiters by company (mandates).

Super Recruiter

Super Recruiters are also key users of the platform and mostly part of the project team.

 

 
The Super Recruiter has, just like an Admin, unlimited access to the platform - all companies within it - and access to all settings.
 

The difference between an Admin and a Super Recruiter is the right for the User Management. Super Recruiters can not add new Recruiter and distribute new user rights.


How to become a recruiter?

There are two options. On the one hand, the administrator can give the status "Recruiter" after registration of an employee and assign the individual rights. On the other hand, the administrator can send a direct invitation with simultaneous assignment of rights to specific persons.

Administrator

Usually admins take on the role as project managers, sponsors and key users of the talent platform, such as the recruiting team.

The administrator has unlimited access to the platform. All settings are accessible to him:

  • Create and invite new recruiters

  • Assignment of recruiter rights (incl. deletion)

  • Administration of jobs

  • Administration of applications

  • Management of Stories

  • Administration of employees (incl. invitation and deletion)

  • Gamification management

  • Adaptation of the company profile of all mandates

  • Retrieval of reports

If you only have one company in your Employee Referral Program, we assign admin rights to users who actively work with Talentry (i.e. post job postings, manage applications, etc.) so that they can use the dashboard to keep track of Talentry's success throughout your organization. 

Info: Talentry's user names have changed. Former super recruiters are now admins, recruiters are users and users are employees.


 

 

Applicant

The applicant can access shared content from the employee. Read stories and job advertisements and fill out and submit applications for the job advertisements.

In addition to the job description, the applicant also receives information about the company, location, department and, if applicable, information about the contact person
