What is the keyword function for job advertisements?

Log in as a recruiter with your url.talentry.de address and click on the "Jobs" tab on the homepage.
After creating a job advertisement, you can use the keyword function by specifying keywords relevant to the job ad.

What is behind the keyword function?

If a job ad is shared personally via LinkedIn, all personal contacts are filtered according to the keywords entered and only the people who have noted these keywords in their profile are displayed.
The keywords are also listed above in the LinkedIn search.
This is only useful for companies whose employees are very active on LinkedIn.
