What reports does Cleverconnect provide me about the success of the platform? During your Onboarding you will set up a success plan for your platform together with your Customer Success Manager. Set your own goals and make them measurable to see the best results in your report later.

There are different standardised dashboards for you to see:

In regular meetings with your Customer Success Manager, you'll talk about your dashboards, your numbers and comparable benchmarks, and get help on how to improve the numbers.

Also you can now add all those reports in your Recruiter view as a separate section. This article explains how.

Recruiter Dashboard

You can see the numbers of:

  • Active Jobs
  • Referrals
  • Job views
  • Users
  • Application
  • and what recently happened in the system (newest applications, job activation / deactivation)

ERP - Dashboard (external)

In regular meetings with your Customer Success Manager you will talk about all your achievements and will also receive the link to your personal external dashboard.

You get information about your incoming application but also about the performance of your employees:

  • Hire trend (how many applicants get hired?)
  • Application trend (how many applications get generated from that click and shares)
  • External click trend (how many external people click on those job shares ⬇️)
  • Share trend (how many job shares get generated out of all registered users)
  • User activity (registered user that log in and any activity, like a share, that can be logged)
  • Registration trend
  • etc.

CRM - Dashboard (external)

In regular meetings with your Customer Success Manager you will talk about all your achievements and will also receive the link to your personal external dashboard.

This will give you information about how many talents you have created (by source and date) and show you the status conversion as well as some GDPR / consent information, the activity of the different user roles and how many campaigns you are sending out to talents etc.

Open Rate

(talents who opened the mail)

Click through Rate

(talents who clicked at least one link)

Story Dashboard (external)

This external dashboard gives you insights about your Story performance.

General overview of:

  • How many employees viewed the story
  • How many employees shared the story
  • And how many external people viewed the story

And for each Story you will also see:

  • Employees sharing: how many unique employees did make shares
  • Shares: total number of shares, each one counts
  • External reach: calculated number with potential reach in social networks
❗(this is an estimated number based on the assumption that each employee has approx. 340 contacts in their social network) ❗
  • External views: total number of clicks from talents, each click counts
