Distribution of admin rights - assign recruiter rights

If you are an Admin, you can assign Admin or Recruiter / Super Recruiter rights to other users on Talentry.

How to become a Recruiter or Super Recruiter or even Admin?

There are two ways. On the one hand, the administrator can give the status of "Recruiter" after the registration as an employee has been completed and assign the individual rights. On the other hand, the administrator can send a direct invitation with allocation of rights to specific people.

Alternatively, you can contact Talentry Support, who can also assign user rights subsequently.


How-to Guide:

First, log in to Talentry and go to the Recruiter view (top right corner).

Then go to Settings (bottom left corner of the navigation bar). Click on Manage Users.


Here you can either create and upload an Excel list or add the email address(es) manually.


In the next step you can assign roles for all users you add at the same time.


Finally, you will be shown one last time which settings you have chosen before confirming it.


INFO: If the user is not yet registered, he will automatically receive an invitation to register completely.

By deleting a user from this overview, recruiter/manager or admin rights can also be completely withdrawn.
