Do I need an imprint?

According to §5 TMG, German companies are required to provide an imprint for online services. This includes the use of the Talentry platform. However, since the customer acts as the provider of the service, the customer's imprint data must be provided. According to EU Directive 2003/58/EC, the imprint obligation also extends to companies based in other European countries.
