After what period will applicant data with applicant status "open" be deleted?

In order to guarantee the data protection of our customers and to be GDPR-compliant, we delete applicant data after a certain period of time. After the end of the application process with applicant status "open" an automatic deletion (Hard-Delete) of applicant data is carried out after 12 months.
