Employee data
- Deletion of personal data, like registration, is carried out by the individual user himself/herself by deleting the account.
- Accounts of employees who leave the company can be manually deleted by the recruiter/super recruiter.
- In addition, account "clean ups" are possible manually with Talentry through a rotational master data record
Statistics after anonymisation
Statistics will not be affected by anonymised data.
The statistics will not be affected by anonymised applications or shares. Only sensitive data about applications and shares will be removed from the system.
Data of directly recommended people
In the case of a direct recommendation, the data of the recommended person is displayed in abbreviated form after 3 months (e.g. Max M.). The shortened form of the first and last name remains in the system. The e-mail address of the directly recommended person is deleted from the system.
Applicant data [All clients]
Automated deletion (hard-delete) of applicant data after 6 months after completion of the application process with applicant status "hired" or "not hired". Only a shortened form of the first and last name of applicants remains in the system (e.g. Max M.) and is displayed to the recommender in the recommendation history. The recruiter/super recruiter can no longer view this application.
Automated deletion (hard-delete) of applicant data after 12 months after the application process has not been completed with applicant status "open". Only a shortened form of the first and last name of applicants remains in the system (e.g. Max M.) and is displayed to the recommender in the recommendation history. This application can no longer be viewed by the recruiter/super recruiter.
Applicant data [with interface connection]
If an application interface is connected, an immediate deletion of applicant data (hard delete) in the Talentry system can be configured after successful transfer of the application data to the customer's applicant management system. The following applicant data remains in the Talentry system to inform the recommender about the status of his recommendations:
- Name
- First name
- Picture (if available)
Personal data in backups
We perform daily database backups to secure client data, which are stored encrypted on a separate server in a separate fire compartment. The above deletion routines do not directly apply to personal client data in backups. The retention period for backups is 30 days. Accordingly, personal data deleted from the system will also disappear from the backups after 30 days at the latest.
Storage of Log Data
Log data is stored for overall 14 days, but is being cleared up on the 14th day in the night. Database backup's are stored for 30 days, they can also contain PII.
