After which period will application data be anonymised?

If the application status is submitted and the application status hasn't changed in the past 12 months
If the application status is successful or rejected and the application status hasn't changed in the past 6 months
In both cases we retain no information but the first name and the first letter of the last name (John Doe -> John D.)
Anonymised applications are not visible to the recruiter, only the to referrer
Emails that are being send to the employee are anonymized as well (John Doe -> John D.)
