How to assess candidates

Assessing a candidate allows an overall score to be given, once the pre-interview is over.

 

Login to the Visiotalent platform

To start

Display the candidate file

Once you have logged into Visiotalent, go to the campaign you are interested in to view the list of videos made by your candidates.

Evaluating with stars

Two types of evaluation are possible:

  1. Overall ranking
    In the list of candidates, it appears in the "Ranking" column

  2. Detailed evaluation
    The criteria correspond to the criteria set during the creation of the questionnaire applied to the campaign.

Adding notes and comments

In addition to the star rating, the recruiter can add notes and comments about the candidate.

  1. Personal Mark
    The mark is only visible to the recruiter. Employees and managers will not have access to it.

  2. Comments
    These comments are visible to your colleagues if they have access to Visiotalent and if you have shared the campaign with them.
    The comments' display is similar to a conversation under the rating.

To organise candidates

Classification by status: Assigning a status to applicants will allow you to manage your activity.
It is possible to define your own statuses and thus be organised in the processing of applications.

  1. Default statuses
    Several default statuses are available (Selected / Not selected / to proceed)

  2. My customized statuses

    There is a possibility to add more specific statuses
    - Either directly by clicking on "+new status" in the drop-down list

To reply to candidates

It is easy to send a reply to a candidate directly on the candidate's page.

  1. Contact candidate

  2. Choose an email template

    There is a default replies' library.
    You can add or change the text in your settings or create new email templates.

    Don't forget to personalise these emails for a better candidate experience.

  3. Finally, click on "Send".
