How do I track my Support ticket?

In the top right-hand corner of the HelpCenter you will find access to your profile, including a 'Requests' section:

This section allows you to keep track of the tickets you have created. 

You can see the tickets you have created yourself, and even those you are copying:

You can also add comments or files at any time if this will help your case:

activit_s3_EN.PNG
