ERP - Gamification user management

What's new?

The SSO login can now integrate API management of an employee's eligibility to earn/claim gamification points.

How does it add value?

It is possible to exclude populations from the gamification programme (e.g. HR population)

Where can I find this functionality?

Login page - SSO

How does it work?

When the employee logs in to the platform via SSO, information regarding eligibility for the programme is sent.

In order to benefit from it, it is necessary to request it internally as developments are required on your company's side.

 


ERP - General improvement of gamification

What is new?

Gamification rewards are now :

  • more transparent
  • the maximum number of points is indicated
  • additional rewards for changing the status of the application are added to the list of possible rewards (when enabled).

How does it add value?

It promotes transparency for employees regarding possible rewards

Where can I find this feature?

On the "My achievements" page on the employee side

How does it work?

Other possible rewards and the rewards are listed on the page

 


ERP - Optimisation of search results on the open positions page

What is new?

The search bar now refers to the job title as well as the job description to identify keywords.

How does it add value?

Even without linked fields and filters, key information in job descriptions can be searched using the search bar.

Where can I find this feature?

On the open jobs page

How does it work?

The information will be searched in the job title as well as the job description for more relevant results.

 


CRM - Filters on the Pool page

What is new?

Users can filter the pools according to their needs and only act on the required pools.

How does it add value?

Improves the management of pools that are used for supplier searches, event management, registration flows, etc.

On the pools page

How does it work?

Apply the required filter from the list of available filters

CRM - Pin a pool (improvements)

What is new?

Improved pool management for all users and all page views of the pool

How does it add value?

From now on, all users can use the Pin a pool function on the tiles and lists pages.

Where can I find this feature?

On the Pools page

How does it work?

Be able to pin a pool and display the pool indication on both tiles and list pages.

 

 

 

Improvements to video interviews

Removal of campaigns

What's new?

It is now possible to delete a campaign completely.

How does it add value?

Previously users only had the option to close their campaigns, which did not result in the complete deletion of the campaign.

Where can I find this functionality?

From the "closed campaigns" area a new "delete" button is now available.

How does it work?
First close the campaign you want to delete: go to your recruitment list and close it (you cannot delete a campaign that is not closed).
Then go to the list of "closed campaigns", click on the right campaign and choose "delete".

 


Improvements to the Meteojob Applicants and Recruiters platform

Candidates - Improved searches on company pages

What's new?

On the company directory, candidates can now search via

→ a company search engine

→ a mobile job search engine

Pagination has also been added.

How does it add value?

Candidates can search for the right company, by name, location or sector, allowing them to sort through the many pages

Where can I find this feature?

From the home page, by clicking on "companies".

 


Recruiters - New contract type "CDI Interim"

What is new?

On Meteojob, you can now qualify the contract of your offers as "CDI Interim".

How does it add value?

More clarity for candidates but also a better relevance of the applications received for recruiters.

Where can I find this feature?

When creating a job in meteojob manually or via a feed.

How does it work?

→ Interim CDIs will no longer be tagged as CDIs on the Intelligent Career Site and the job exchanges (no tag)

→ The addition of the contract type CDI interim will be possible for clients who wish to do so via a request in our help centre.
