Candidate Relationship Management improvements
Enrich talent profiles with new experience fields and additional filter options
What's new?
We are adding additional standard fields for Work experience, Attestations and Certificates, Skills & Knowledge, Projects and Languages to the experience tab of the talent profile.
You can edit/add this information in the edit-mode of the talent (Button "Actions") or use the browser extension "Talentry Sourcer" to add available information from LinkedIn or Xing to the talent profile.
Filter on this new standard fields using the updated filter on the talent list, in talent pools & when setting up automations.
How is it adding value?
You benefit significantly from very comprehensive profile information for the talents, which is easy to collect (via the Chrome Browser extension) and easy to use (via the updated Filters).

How it works?
Talent profiles now include additional Work Experience and Education History fields that could be:
- filled when importing/updating a talent via the LinkedIn/Xing Chrome Extension
- filled in manually via the Add/Edit profile option
When using the Filter on the Talents page, there are now specific filter options for each of the new fields/field groups.
Improvement for bulk actions: select all talents
What's new?
We have extended the bulk operation process to select talents on ALL results pages, when (with or without filtering) there have been talents on more than one page.
How is it adding value?
Users are able to apply bulk actions like delete, assign to pool, add tag for ALL selected talents based on an applied criteria (results on more than one page).

How it works?
When performing the Select All (checkbox on top of all checkboxes) action, you are now asked if you want to extend the selection to results outside the current page and are provided with the exact number of the talents to be selected.
Automations - Add time span option to status change triggers
What's new?
We have added a delayed option for the action "Talent status has changed to...".
How is it adding value?
You can now benefit from setting up a delayed action on an automated email or set up automatic reminders for non-actioned talents.
Where can I find this feature?
Recruiter view > Settings > Automations (Only Super-Recruiters and Administrators) > Manage rules > Create rule > Trigger: Talent status has changed to...
How it works?
Example 1: When setting up a talent's application status to Rejected, you can now set the Rejected email to be sent with some delay in # of days and not immediately after changing the status (better user experience and automation of the relevant email)
Example 2: If a talent's status has not been changed for a certain period, you can now send a notification to the recruiter in specific # of days that action is needed (automated reminder)
Create a pre-filled form link for an individual talent
What's new?
Users (Recruiter, Super-Recruiters, Administrators & Hiring-managers) can create a link to a talent form with pre-filled information from the talent profile. The link can be shared via any communication channel of the users choice e.g. email, direct LinkedIn message etc..
How is it adding value?
Better user experience for talents, they do not need to fill in data such as first name, last name and Email that they have already provided at an earlier stage.
A recruiter don't need to sent a campaign to one talent. Pre-filled forms on talent campaigns are already available for a few months. It is a good way to collect additional information about the talent or let the talent update information from the talent profile.

Recruiter view > Tab "Talents" -> Open a talent profile -> "Actions" button -> Create pre-filled form
How it works?
The recruiter can create an individual link for the talent. When the form is received by the talent, the data from the talent profile is already pre-filled.
Pool management: Sorting & Pinning of pools
What's new?
We have added the ability for users (Recruiters, Super-Recruiters & Administrators) to pin their pools, so they are:

marked with a Pin identifier

added to a separate section "Pinned pools"
Also we have added the possibility to sort pools by:
- Last updated
- Creation date
- A-Z
- Z-A
- Most talents
- Least talents
How is it adding value?
Significant improvement of the usability on the Pools page, allowing pools visibility/order to be managed on a user-level. Users can find relevant pools more easily and fasters.
Where can I find this feature?
Recruiter view > Tab "Pools" -> Pool settings (three dots) > Pin/Unpin a Pool
How it works?
Pools can now be pinned (and unpinned) that allows the users to make the Pool easily accessible in the new "Pinned Pools" section that is listed on top of the screen once there is at least one pinned Pool.
Pools can now be sorted and the order will change according to the "Sort by" selection.
Employee Referral Program improvements
Gamification : Award points for application status changes
What's new?
After making it possible to add more application statuses to the platform we now enable the possibility to reward employees for the process of a referred application. For any change in application phase, we can now apply a custom number of gamification points for the application statuses.
Information about rewarding actions/events and assigned points is available in the employee view "My achievements".
How is it adding value?
Ensuring application change is rewarded to referrers and displaying it accordingly.
We are now also rewarding the quality of the applications, rather than just the quantity.
Where can I find this feature?
You can request the setup of additional application status by our support team (via email to support@talentry.com OR via the support ticket submission from) or your assigned CSM. Please provide a full list of all application statuses you like to have in your platform and add a mapping to the this three high-level statuses HIRED, REJECTED & OPEN.
Keep in mind - If you have an integration in place there might be additional changes needed to sync this information via the integration.
How it works?
Employees would get gamification points when an application for someone they have referred gets a change on the application (steps going forward in the process and not status rejected), based on the award steps and points as set up for the client.
API endpoint to expose gamification points
What's new?
We have built an API endpoint to send the users’ gamification points with option to specify a timeframe upon client’s automated request.
How is it adding value?
You are now able to integrate our gamification system in your payroll system.

We have made an improvement of this integration. Now when a candidate apply to several offers that a linked to the same Video interview, he only need to do once
How is it adding value?
It's enabling the candidate to receive less mail from Video interview. It also stops to register the same video interview several times and prevent from bug like black video.

How it works?
We look if the email is already invited in a specific campaign; if it's the case, we don't sent the mail. Once the candidate registers his/her video, we pushes on all applications attached to this Video Interview campaign the video
SSO Improvement
What's new?
SSO improvement: no need to connect on Video Interview platform if you have a SSO connection
How is it adding value?
As the SSO is automatically set, you don't need to connect to our Video interview platform on your first connection.

Where can I find this feature?
When you go on panel, on a company and you access the statistic parts.
How it works?
The statistic page is now divided in 3 parts : "conversion", "candidate" and "details per campaign". It means there is now less data to load on the page.
For some tabs, we also added a new column: "conversion rate per users".
Finally, you can change the order of some graphics to put the most relevant ones first, based on your needs.

How it works?
Create a form block in your CRM then enter the link to the form you previously built. The form is automatically integrated to the career site, with some customization possibilities.
