⚠️ Changes in the credit consumption ⚠️

❓What's new?

Every 28 days, each job offer that was posted on Meteojob will be extended if your company has enough credit. On the contrary, if there is no more credit, the job offer will be unpublished.

❓How is it adding value?

Candidates will see newer job offers

Where can I find this feature?

This feature is integrated in Meteojob when you publish a job offer.

Improvement on direct communication for Candidates/Recruiters

❓What's new?

We had a recurring feedback:

  1. the candidates did not know how to respond to the recruiters when the contact was made directly from the platform
  2. the recruiters did not receive any answer from candidates when contacted from the platform

Our solution was to add a button to help the candidate to easily answer to the recruiter. This button will automatically open a new email with the expeditor.

❓How is it adding value?

  • Understable for candidate and easy to use
  • Better reply rate

Where can I find this feature?

On the candidates' CV, by clicking on "Contacter ce candidat".

❓How it works?

Simply write your message and the candidate will be able to reply via a button on his/her email.

New integration with Greenhouse (ATS)

❓What's new?

We have now completed the work to integrate Greenhouse in our ATS pool.

Greenhouse was already supported by Talentry, it is now supported for Meteojob and Smart Career Website for:

  • Job imports

  • Applications

❓How it works?

Ask your Account Manager for more details.

 

Candidates: update on the confirmation email

❓What's new?

The candidate confirmation email has been optimised to suggest new offers to candidates when they have applied for a job.

❓How is it adding value?

It is a new way of discovering new and adapted offers.
For recruiters, it is a potential additional source of applications.

From the confirmation email, simply click on the offers below

Candidates: new subject lines to improve the number of applications

❓What's new?

As candidate, I receive the same hot offer email every day. The subject line needs to be engaging enough for me to open it each time.

After testing various subject lines, we are now running a new version.

❓How is it adding value?

For candidates, it's a way to discover more interesting offers.
For recruiters, it is a potential additional source of applications.

Candidates: new display on job offers

❓What's new?

We have improved the display on job offers to have in the same screen the criteria, list & offer (allowing candidates to update their criteria more easily). We have made the same changes on mobile to have the main criterias visible at all times.

❓How is it adding value?

The candidates have found it much more user-friendly so far and the general experience has been improved.

Automation updates

❓What's new?

In the Automation center (Settings > Automations > Manage Rules) there is now a new option to automate the request of GDPR consent via e-mail.

❓How is it adding value?

This new automated action significantly reduces the time spent on manually sending consent requests to talents, especially in the use-case of Talents’ import.

❓How it works?

When creating or editing an automation rule, you first select the trigger you want (step 1), you specify the target group that will be affected by the automation (step 2), and finally you select this new action “Send Consent e-mail” (step 3)

Additional experience fields in the talent profile

❓What's new?

With this update we are introducing additional experience fields to the talent profile:

  • skills

  • projects

  • certifications

  • languages

❓How is it adding value?

These information can bring significant value when evaluating talents for a specific job that requires a certain set of skills.

❓How it works?

These additional fields are shown on the Talent profile, under the "Experience" tab. These sections can be:

  • filled in manually (already available and fully functional)

  • filled in via CV parsing
  • filled in via Talent Sourcer (Chrome Browser Extension)

Talents pools management update

❓What's new?

Previously, in the Pools page, only 10 pools per page were visible, when using the tiles view. The number of pools is now increased to 50 per page.

❓How is it adding value?

By showing more pools per page, we improve the user experience, especially for customers who work with a lot of talents pools

❓How it works?

In the recruiter view, go to the page "Pools" - you can now see up to 50 pools. If you like to view the next 50 pools, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select the next pages.

 

Preview CV in experience tab

❓What's new?

In the Talent profile page, under the "Experience" tab, it is now possible to see a preview of the Talents' CV - if a CV file is uploaded in the profile. The preview of the CV is available by default when there are no experience information already parsed from the CV file or coming from the Talent Sourcer (Chrome Browser Extension).

❓How is it adding value?

We give the CV the spotlight it deserves. Users have now an immediate access to very relevant information about the Talent by seeing the preview of their CV in their profile.

❓How it works?

On the Talent profile, if there is a CV file attached to that Talent, we show it in the tab "Experience". If the experience information are parsed from the CV or come via Talentry Sourcer, it is possible to see the CV preview by clicking on the "eye" icon.

Optimising employees export

❓What's new?

We are expanding the excel export up to 25.000 employees now.

❓How it works?

If you are in the recruiter view, navigate to the tab "employees". Click on the button "Export" and an excel file will be created and download after a few seconds.

Visiotalent improvements

New default preparation and answer time

❓What's new?

We have changed the default times: when the recruiter creates a campaign, the answer time will be set automatically to 90s and preparation time to 60s. Default times were defined based on a study with candidates

Please note that if the recruiter wants to change these timing, we will display some advices to not put too much pressure on the candidate.

❓How is it adding value?

  • Decrease stress for candidates
  • Help the recruiter to set the times of their campaign
  • Improve the overall experience
