Visiotalent est une première étape vous permettant d'accéder à la suite du processus de recrutement. **La vidéo n'a pas pour vocation de remplacer les entretiens physiques**, elle permet au contraire de réaliser des entretiens physiques plus justes et personnalisés par la suite. Cependant, si vous ne souhaitez pas vous enregistrer vous pouvez tout à fait en informer l'entreprise grâce au bouton présent dans le premier email de relance. En refusant cette invitation, le recruteur recevra une notification.
