Tout d'abord, nous recommandons d'utiliser un navigateur récent et compatible, comme Mozilla Firefox ou Google Chrome.  #### Dans Google Chrome Dans Google Chrome, vous pourrez vérifier que la caméra est activée en cliquant sur le cadenas à gauche de la barre d'adresse. ![](https://help.cleverconnect.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image_4410595869841-2-png.png?width=670&height=356&name=image_4410595869841-2-png.png) En cliquant sur ce cadenas, vous pourrez vérifier que notre site est bien autorisé à utiliser votre webcam. ![](https://help.cleverconnect.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image_4411321590033-1-png.png?width=481&height=463&name=image_4411321590033-1-png.png) #### Dans Mozilla Firefox Si Mozilla Firefox ne demande pas automatiquement l'autorisation d'activer votre webcam, vous pouvez trouver ces options à gauche de la barre d'adresse. ![](https://help.cleverconnect.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image_4411321590033-2-png.png?width=670&height=356&name=image_4411321590033-2-png.png) Dans ce menu, vous pourrez autoriser l'accès à votre webcam. ![](https://help.cleverconnect.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image_4410595869841-3-png.png?width=430&height=234&name=image_4410595869841-3-png.png) #### Dans les paramètres de votre ordinateurs Si le problème persiste, vérifions que votre webcam est bien accessible dans Windows.
