In the Statistics section, you can view your company's Visiotalent usage statistics.
The statistics page allows you to understand your use of Visiotalent.
On the top page, you can choose filters based on the type of search you need to perform.
Using filters, you can:
- Filter statistics by team
- Filter statistics by user
- Filter statistics by campaign job title
- Choose to filter by time period, for example, invitations sent from June 2022 to the end of July 2022.
At this stage, once you have entered all the relevant filters for your search, you will get several results:
In the “Conversion” section, you can see an overview of invitations sent and videos received:

Campaigns created by users:
Candidate status and average time taken by the recruiter to evaluate each candidate:
The “Candidates” section contains information about the candidates.
The times when candidates record the most videos and who declined the invitation:
Response time and devices used:
The rating that candidates give to the platform and the campaigns created by users:
the votes that the candidates gave to the platform:
Finally, you can see the details per campaign in the “Details per campaign” section.
And via this page, you can also export details by campaign:
