The welcome video appears at the beginning of the candidate experience, before the candidate registers.
The thank you video appears at the end of the candidate experience, when the candidate has finished registering.
These videos allow you to get your message across. For example, the welcome video can be used to explain your recruitment process to the candidate, to reassure them about the exercise they are about to undertake or to give them some advice.
The thank you video is a good way to let the candidate know how you will get back to them after they have registered and how soon.
When creating a campaign
When the "New campaign" section is validated, the "Personalisation" page appears. This is where you can add a video to the campaign.
In the "Customization" space, click on "+Add a welcome video" or "+Add a greetings video".
When editing a campaign
If the campaign already exists, it is possible to add or modify a media.
1. Click on "my campaigns".
2. Hover over the campaign.
3. Click on the "..." to the right of the line
4. Click on "edit".
5. In the "CUSTOMISATION" area, click on the blue pencil
