⚠️First and foremost, the e-mail address cannot be changed by the user⚠️
Every information in the profile can be changed, the only two exceptions are password and e-mail address.
Why is it not possible to change the e-mail address?
If the e-mail can be changed back and forth it would be easier fake applications in order to gain rewards and it would be harder for us to track all the data since most data is linked to the e-mail address.
What should you do if somebody has a new e-mail?
Please contact your CSM or our support team. The only information we need is the old
e-mail and the new e-mail so we can simply transfer the account from one e-mail to another.
⚠️ Do not create a new account and delete the old one. If you do so, all data will be deleted with the account and previous achievements cannot be tracked anymore. ⚠️
