Blocking Users & Domains

If you want to block a whole domain, you can send us a request and we will include the domain E-Mail into a blacklist and people with this E-Mail are no longer able to log-in or register into the account. 

Unfortunately, we cannot block one certain user (e.g. for misbehaviour, misuse or similar issues). This has to be addressed internally with the company.
