Assigning a job to a pool in the CRM 

First you need to create a new pool

After you start to create a pool, you have to press the "Link a job to this pool" button. Screenshot_2023-03-07_at_12.37.52.png

After selecting and saving the pool a pop-up appears, where you have to select the "Add talents" option.

Congratulations, now you have created a pool that is linked to a job 🎉

How can you be sure that a pool is linked to a job❓

If the pool that you or your colleagues have created is linked to a job, a little symbol will appear next to the square. This way you don't have to click on the pool to find out, whether the pool is or is not linked to a job.
