The welcome picture can be seen prominently on the first page of the platform. This should convey the message of your employee referral program. An appealing image depicting people, emotions or brands can have an activating effect on your employees.
Please note:
- In order to optimally display the image on different screen sizes, the image is partly cropped in the border area. Important content, such as faces, should therefore be placed in the "Save area", which is described in the template in the appendix of this document.
- The optimal format is approx. 3200 x 1900 pixels
