Employees

The employee sees new stories first on the news page. All stories can be viewed by the employee via the "Stories" tab in the browser application and in the app.

With the help of assigned tags the employee can filter by e.g. topics.

Applicant

Potential applicants will be able to access stories via the social media of your employees, as long as the stories have not been marked as "Internal only" by the reruiter.

Stories can be hosted on the Talentry platform or lead via an external link to an existing website. In the former case, the applicant is shown jobs that match the story.

In the list of stories, the drafts are always displayed at the top of the list so that you can always keep an eye on them. All other stories are sorted by the date of the "last release". This is the last date a story was changed from "not published" to "published".

The overview also shows how often a story has been shared with an estimated range and the number of clicks on the shared links.
